Our Background
How This Started
In 2019, UnwiredLife Limited began because we noticed something troubling. People weren’t sleeping. They weren’t reading. Conversations at dinner felt rushed and distracted. Productivity paradoxically dropped even as screen time climbed.
We started by asking simple questions: What if we actually measured our usage? What if we designed specific windows where devices simply weren’t allowed? What if we replaced mindless scrolling with activities that genuinely fed us — reading, walking, creating, connecting face-to-face?
The results surprised us. People who tracked their habits for just two weeks reported sleeping better. They noticed mood shifts. They finished books. They had longer conversations. That’s when we realized this wasn’t about vilifying technology — it’s about intentionality.
